During - Operation (Part 2)

I heard the doctor saying....

"How can I operate this sweet lady? Look at her, she has small hands and small feet. Her stomach looks nice without any holes, except the belly button. Too bad....nurse get me that drill. I need the screwdriver as well. Now she has another 3 holes on her stomach! Awesome...."

The above is never true of course. During the operation, I'm dead or i was sleeping without any notice. I'm wondering if I ever breath, move my fingers or sneeze. But the extra 3 holes on my stomach is real thing!
